Description:
Runtime error due to a negative result of the plausibility check of the shuttle positions.
Reaction:
The identification procedure is cancelled
Cause/Remedy:
During the identification procedure there was a discrepancy between the identified shuttle positions
and the responses of the position sensors. This can occur due
- an incorrect air gap,
- to less distance between shuttles,
- defect shuttle,
- an incorrect mounting of the segment,
- movement of the shuttle during identification procedure and/or
- a defect position sensor.
Possible improvements or help to identify the problem:
- change shuttle
- move the shuttles of the affected segment
- check the air gap
- check mounting of the affected segment and/or
- change segment
