Description:
Response error when writing a parameter that does not allow a value change if at least one encoder is enabled (bit 6 set in LLM_CYC_CH_CTRL_BITS).

Reaction:
The parameter value will not be applied.

Cause/Remedy:
The parameter was written too late (after "MC_BR_AsmPowerOn_AcpTrak" was called for the first time).
Write parameters before the first call of "MC_BR_AsmPowerOn_AcpTrak" or delete all shuttles assigned to the segment.
