Description:
If cyclic position values are to be transferred to axes via a POWERLINK interface, standard coupling data with 8 bytes per data set are used if the POWERLINK cycle time of the slave axis and the cycle time of the NC task class (task class Cyclic #1) are equal.
The coupling of axes on different POWERLINK networks using standard coupling data is only then possible, if the following conditions are fulfilled:
- The POWERLINK cycle time of the slave axis is greater than or equal to that of the master axis
- The ratio of the POWERLINK cycle times of slave and master axis is integer
If one of the conditions specified above is not fulfilled, this error is indicated.
Reaction:
Processing of the corresponding NC action is aborted.
Cause/Remedy:
Adjust the cycle times listed in the description above, so that all conditions are fulfilled.
