Description:
If cyclic position values are to be transferred to axes via a POWERLINK interface, extended coupling data with 12 bytes per data set are used if the POWERLINK cycle time of the slave axis and the cycle time of the NC task class (task class Cyclic #1) are different.
The coupling of axes on different POWERLINK networks using extended coupling data is only then possible, if the ratio of the following cycle times is integer:
- The cycle time of the NC task class
- The POWERLINK cycle time of the slave axis
- The POWERLINK cycle time of the master axis (if multiplexed, multiplied by the factor "Multiplexing prescale")
If this is not the case, this error is indicated.
Reaction:
Processing of the corresponding NC action is aborted.
Cause/Remedy:
Adjust the cycle times listed in the description above, so that the ratio is integer for all.
