Description:
This status is reported by the HIPERFACEŽ encoder. More information can be found in the data sheet or HIPERFACEŽ encoder specification.
Excerpt from the HIPERFACEŽ specification:
"Multiturn vector length fault" is used for rotary encoders and indicates that the HIPERFACEŽ slave detected invalid multiturn sensor signal vector length.
An error indication will be output. A typical transient reason for this fault is excessive mechanical stress on the slave (e.g. shock).
NOTE: Some legacy HIPERFACEŽ slaves transmit this condition with the warning bit.
