Excerpt from the HIPERFACE DSLŪ specification for encoder status 0 (ENC_ST0, Adresse 40h) bit 4:
Potential cause: faults affecting the sensor, the analog input chain, the excitation-signals.
Also possible: sensorsignal distortion due to electrical-burst or mechanical shock.
The sensor-signal behavior is not as expected: plausibility result is greater than the allowed threshold.
Will lead to a VPOS-error.
