Description:
This status is reported by the HIPERFACE DSLŪ encoder. More information can be found in the encoder data sheet or the HIPERFACE DSLŪ specification.
Excerpt from the HIPERFACE DSLŪ specification for encoder status 0 (ENC_ST0, Adresse 40h) bit 0:
Indicates that the DSL protocol has been reset and a new connection was established.
Serves a base indication for the start of the communication (like LINK). If not set after an encoder reset, no status registers can be relied upon!
