6045: Inverter: Output: No current flow

Info: Phase
Data type: USINT

Description:
Runtime error while switching on the current controller. When the controller is switched on, it is checked whether current can be injected into the phases of the motor or regenerative choke (inverter output) by voltage setting. The currents measured in this phase were too low.

Reaction:
Movement stop by switching off the IGBT output stage and switching on the holding brake.

Cause/Remedy:
Inverter output wiring error: Check if all phases (U, V and W) are properly connected to the inverter output.

Motor wiring error: Remove the phases (U,V and W) from the inverter output. Check the phase-phase resistance between U-V, V-W and W-V on the motor line (ACOPOS-sided).The three resistances must be the same and finite. If at least one of the resistances is infinite then the motor or the motor line is defective.

Motor defect: Check the phase-phase resistance between U-V, V-W and W-V right on the motor. The three resistances must be the same and finite. The motor must be replaced if at least one of the resistances is infinite.

Incorrect motor configuration: MOTOR_STATOR_INDUCTANCE too low.

Incorrect motor configuration: MOTOR_CURR_RATED too low.

8BVP: Mains phase failure: Check the contactor, fuse, transformer and supply voltage.

ACOPOS power stage defect: Replace the ACOPOS module.

The connection check can be deactivated using MOTOR_TEST_MODE.
