Cause/Remedy:

• Wiring error: e.g: required jumpers S1-S2 and S3-S4 not plugged, ...
  -> Check the module-dependent wiring of the holding brake as specified in the user manual.
  
• Wiring defective: Broken connection
  
• Holding brake or external relay does not fulfill the drive specifications (input resistance too large,..).
  -> Disable monitoring by setting bit 2 in the BRAKE_MODE.
  
• External relay defective or incorrectly controlled.
  
• Holding brake defective.
  
• ACOPOS defective (Holding brake control, internal relay)
