Drive Not Recognized After Motor Replacement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After replacing the motor, the drive was not detected. The issue was traced to the use of an <strong>Endat 2.2 encoder<\/strong>. When the encoder&#8217;s communication initialization takes longer than <strong>1000 ms<\/strong>, the Powerlink stack fails to start correctly, preventing the drive from being recognized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This issue has been resolved in <strong>Firmware V304.04.02<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A field visit to Woojin is scheduled to install the firmware and verify whether the issue is resolved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Drive Not Recognized After PLC Application Download<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a separate case, the drive was not recognized after downloading a new PLC application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This issue is currently being reproduced by KEBA Korea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Woojin engineers have attempted replication but have not succeeded so far.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Further testing and debugging will be conducted after updating to <strong>Firmware V304.04.02<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.woojin.help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/D3_DA_FW_V304_04_02.comdvarc\">https:\/\/www.woojin.help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/D3_DA_FW_V304_04_02.comdvarc<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
