Customer Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.1. Navigate to the Customer Table<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the top menu, click on <strong>CUSTOMERS<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the left sidebar, click <strong>Search Customer<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.2. If Customer Already Exists<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the customer name to open the customer detail page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down to the <strong>Machines<\/strong> section and click <strong>NEW<\/strong> to register a machine (see section 3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.4. Customer Detail Overview (Post Registration)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After registration, you can view the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact Person Information (Name, Email, Tel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List of registered machines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Machine Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.1. Fill in Machine Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Required fields include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>MachineNr<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Controller<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Machine Type<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Firmware Version<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional machine options or software-related data can also be added<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.3. Save the Record<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After completing the required fields, click <strong>SAVE<\/strong> to finish machine registration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Notes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Country<\/strong> must be selected during customer registration \u2014 if omitted, it can cause search and integration issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before registering a new customer, always check to avoid duplication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A single customer record can have multiple machines registered under it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
