Commissioning Procedure Manual<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Based on WJMDB)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Machine Registration & Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Register the Machine in WJMDB<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Before starting commissioning, the machine must be registered<\/strong> under the correct customer in WJMDB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Go to the Machines<\/strong> tab and register the machine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Record any known issues or special notes<\/strong> related to the machine in the database.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Attach Related Files<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Upload all relevant documents in the Attachments<\/strong> section, including:\n
          \n
        • FIX Data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • REC Data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Program version<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Any installation-related PDFs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Assign to HQ & Notify via Email<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • After registration and file upload:\n
                \n
              • Assign the record to either the Overseas Business Department<\/strong> or the Customer Support Center<\/strong> at HQ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Send an email notification<\/strong> with a summary prior to commissioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                2. Creating the Commissioning Report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. Navigate to the Commissionings Tab<\/strong>\n
                    \n
                  • Open the registered machine entry in WJMDB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Go to the COMMISSIONINGS<\/strong> section and click NEW<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Fill in Commissioning Details<\/strong>\n
                        \n
                      • The machine number is automatically linked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Enter the names of Service Engineers<\/strong> (up to 4 slots).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Fill in:\n
                          \n
                        • Information<\/strong>: General commissioning summary<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Problem Description<\/strong>: Any initial issues or required adjustments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Open Issues<\/strong>: Unresolved matters, if any<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          1. Attach Files and Images<\/strong>\n
                              \n
                            • Upload commissioning documents and site photos as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Save and Finalize<\/strong>\n

                              • \ub538\uae4d \ud558\ub294 \uc18c\ub9ac SAVE<\/strong> to complete the report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                3. After Commissioning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                  \n
                                • Once commissioning is complete, any future Service Issues<\/strong> can be reported using the registered machine data as a reference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
