Spare Part Request Procedure Manual<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Based on Woojin Machine Database \u2013 WJMDB)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Register the Service Issue<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. When a problem occurs, go to the SERVICE ISSUES<\/strong> tab and click NEW SERVICE ISSUE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Fill in all relevant information, including:\n
      \n
    • Description of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Attached documents or photos<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Controller type<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Once saved, a Service Request Number<\/strong> (e.g., 10003304) will be generated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      2. Create a Spare Part Request<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to the SPARE PART DELIVERIES<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. \ub538\uae4d \ud558\ub294 \uc18c\ub9ac NEW SPARE PART DELIVERY<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Fill out the required fields:\n
          \n
        • Machine<\/strong>: Select the machine number (must be pre-registered in WJMDB).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Assigned Service Request<\/strong>: Link the previously created service issue number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Subject<\/strong>: Enter the title of the request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Description<\/strong>: Provide detailed specifications of the required parts
          \ud83d\udccc Important: Clearly specify dimensions, model numbers, or part names.
          <\/strong>Incomplete or vague descriptions may result in incorrect parts being shipped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Warranty<\/strong>: Indicate whether the request is under warranty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Due Date<\/strong>: Input the requested delivery date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          3. Processing by HQ<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Once the spare part ticket is submitted, the HQ team will review the request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. HQ fills in the Shipping Information<\/strong>, including:\n
              \n
            • Delivery note and transport documents (file upload)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Tracking number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Shipping address and shipping company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. After saving the shipping details, HQ will notify the original requester.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                4. Notes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Always link the correct service issue and machine number<\/strong> to ensure accurate processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Optionally assign a responsible engineer or specify a technical item number<\/strong> for better traceability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
