As a result, the halfnut cannot be closed properly, leading to process instability or machine errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Spring Mold function prevents this issue by keeping Pump 1 continuously applying pressure against the spring even after the mold is closed. This maintains the correct mold position and ensures that the halfnut can close reliably and smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Software Firmware : UF.510<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Spring Mold Concept<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1. Process (P1, P2)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u25a0 Overview<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The mold is closed using pumps <strong>P1<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the mold reaches the <strong>Mold Protection Position<\/strong>, the <strong>SpringMoldMode<\/strong> becomes active.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u25a0 Process Steps<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mold Close<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pumps P1 operate to close the mold.
