class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>[Checkbox] Air Valve Good\/Bad Part Separation\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When this checkbox is enabled, the system activates the air-valve output according to the part-quality judgment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>When a part is judged as good:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <em>good part<\/em> air valve turns on for <strong>4 seconds<\/strong>, indicating that the gate to the good-part chute is open.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>However, <strong>if the separator is already in the Good position, no air-valve output is generated.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>When a part is judged as bad:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <em>bad part<\/em> air valve turns on for <strong>4 seconds<\/strong>, indicating that the gate to the bad-part chute is open.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Similarly, <strong>if the separator is already in the Bad position, no air-valve output is generated.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>[Checkbox] End Position Detection\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This option is enabled when the good\/bad part separator is equipped with a completion (end-position) switch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the air-valve output is activated for 4 seconds but no completion-switch signal is received, a warning message is triggered.(Picture in below)<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.woojin.help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-24-1024x84.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Even if the completion-switch signal arrives, the air valve continues operating for the full preset 4-second duration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If this completion-switch option is not used, the completion-switch indicator shown on the screen simply displays which gate\u2014good or bad\u2014is currently considered open based on the timer, rather than an actual physical signal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
