Custom Debian packages are available for KEBA-based systems to provide a clean and reproducible way to deploy the Wabot robot visualization<\/strong> \u2014 including Docker runtime, USB synchronization, and web-based visualization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This approach enables a professional, scalable, and maintainable deployment workflow for industrial environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installation via KeStudio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Preparation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Register the GPG key (required once)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Before installing the packages, the signing key must be registered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Download the GPG keys ZIP<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Extract the archive<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. \uc5f4\uae30 gpg-keys<\/code> folder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Double-click register-key.bat<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The script automatically detects the path to
    KeStudio Software Service Client.exe<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    KeStudio Software Service must be installed
    (usually located at
    C:\\Program Files\\KEBA\\KeStudio Software Service X.X.X\\<\/code>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Add Software Units <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    1. Download the ZIP artifacts from GitLab Releases <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the ZIP<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Right-click the Software Service<\/strong> icon in the system tray
      \u2192 Add unit to system software…<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Select the meta.xml<\/code> file from the extracted folder<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Open your project in KeStudio<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    2. Switch to the Project<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    3. Click: Create Machine Software USB…<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Make sure device settings<\/strong> are correct (ip address, subnet, gateway, dns<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                        1. Choose Destinaton: your usb stick <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          1. If your USB is not prepared for KEBA, you have to run “Prepare Service Medium<\/strong>” one time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                            1. After finished, Click on “Create<\/strong>“<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                1. Success<\/strong>! Your USB is ready to install firmware on the PLC <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                  USB Installation on PLC<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
                                    \n
                                  1. Plug the prepared USB stick into the USB port of the PLC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                  2. Reboot the PLC. This can be done in one of the following ways:\n
                                      \n
                                    • By performing a power cycle (disconnect and reconnect the power supply), or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                    • Via KeStudio<\/strong>, if an online connection to the controller is available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                        \n
                                      1. After booting, once the PLC reaches RUNNING<\/strong> mode, the 7-segment display will show: “0<\/strong>“<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                        1. Press and hold the blue button<\/strong> on the PLC until the display changes to: “8<\/strong>“<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
