Linear Robot axis definition

Old Concept based on competition in Europe

Main axis system and linear movements ( X,Y,Z,)
Linear Robot generally mounted on the fixed platen of the injection moulding machine. X axis is suitable for the
removal of the product parallelly to the clamp unit opening direction (Demolding stroke).
+X looking towards to the product direction,- X aligned with the product removal direction.
Y axis perpendicular to X axis, suitable for the product vertical removal from the mold area.
+Y aligned downwards to the ground, -Y upwards.
Axis Z is perpendicular to X and Y, suitable for the horizontal removal from the injection moulding machine area.
-Z faces to the operator side. See Picture 1 and Picture 2.

Sub axis system and rotating movements (A,B,C,)

As optional axis, the C most used one. This rotates around axis Z, position the product to vertical position, depositioning
position.
Axis A and B in most of the cases used to position the removed products to each other on the conveyor belt or in
the packaging.
