This device ensures that parts classified as good or bad based on various measurement data from the machine are automatically routed to their respective collection areas.

- [Checkbox] Air Valve Good/Bad Part Separation
- When this checkbox is enabled, the system activates the air-valve output according to the part-quality judgment.
- When a part is judged as good:
- The good part air valve turns on for 4 seconds, indicating that the gate to the good-part chute is open.
- However, if the separator is already in the Good position, no air-valve output is generated.
- When a part is judged as bad:
- The bad part air valve turns on for 4 seconds, indicating that the gate to the bad-part chute is open.
- Similarly, if the separator is already in the Bad position, no air-valve output is generated.
- [Checkbox] End Position Detection
- This option is enabled when the good/bad part separator is equipped with a completion (end-position) switch.
- If the air-valve output is activated for 4 seconds but no completion-switch signal is received, a warning message is triggered.(Picture in below)

- Even if the completion-switch signal arrives, the air valve continues operating for the full preset 4-second duration.
- If this completion-switch option is not used, the completion-switch indicator shown on the screen simply displays which gate—good or bad—is currently considered open based on the timer, rather than an actual physical signal.
