Option: Multi Stations Rotary Mold (03A081)

1. Purpose

The Multi Stations Rotary Mold option enables operation of multiple molds installed on a rotary table.
Each mold is processed at a defined station where specific actions (IPA, IPB, IPC, Ejector) are executed according to the configuration.

2. System Concept

• The rotary table is divided into stations with fixed angular positions.
• Each station can be assigned one or more process actions.
• Molds rotate sequentially between stations, allowing different process steps to be applied to the same mold during one cycle.

3. Service Engineer Configuration (Fix Page)

3.1 Station Enable & Assignment

• The number of stations is defined in the Fix page (Optional settings).
• Typical configuration supports up to 4 stations.

3.2 Multi Station Configuration

Path:
Fix → Mold → MULTI STATION CONFIGURATION

For each station, the service engineer assigns:

• IPA
• IPB
• IPC
• Ejector

This configuration defines:

• Which action is executed when a mold is positioned at that station.
• The process sequence during rotary indexing.

⚠ Configuration changes are restricted to service level access.

4. Production Operation & Monitoring (Rec Page)

4.1 Multi Station Overview

Path:
Rec → Mold → MULTI STATION

The overview screen provides a live status of the rotary mold system.

Displayed Information per Station:

• Station number (STATION_1 … STATION_4)
• Assigned mold number (Mold 1 … Mold 4)
• Mold status, for example:
  • MOLD_EMPTY
  • IPA_INJECTED
  • IPB_INJECTED
  • IPC_INJECTED
• Process indicators (IPA / IPB / IPC)
  • Green / active indicator → process completed or active
  • Grey / inactive indicator → process not executed

4.2 Operating Example (During Production)

During operation:

• A mold may show IPA_INJECTED, IPB_INJECTED, or IPC_INJECTED depending on completed steps.
• Each station reflects the real-time process state as the table rotates.

This allows operators to track process progression per mold

5. Operator Controls (Settings Area)

Operators can perform runtime actions without modifying configuration:

These actions affect status only, not station assignments.
