As already discussed, I will try to describe the tickets on the Monday.com board in more detail in the future.
As a consequence, I will describe the description in a Monday.com document. Up to now, the ticket was always described in the updates (see yellow marked area)
In future updates will still be used for update texts to the tickets or for general ticket-related communication.
