As already announced, we use the Woojin.help platform as a central communication platform to simplify internal communication in Austria as well as communication and information exchange with the headquarters.
A major advantage is that anyone can find and use the data very quickly using a search function.
I have already started to put relevant information on the platform, such as our test strategy. No topic is currently more important to me than establishing a consistent testing strategy at Woojin Austria. But I was really surprised that individual employees who are centrally responsible for testing have not read this important message.
I am willing to invest time in improving the flow of information and creating a central knowledge database for our employees. But I don’t understand when important messages are simply not read.
That’s why I integrated a Read Acknowlegdment function into our platform. For each post, you can set which group of recipients should read the message. From now on I will include this acknowledgement feature in all important texts
Here is an explanation of how the acknowledgement feature can be easily activated.

To confirm the text, simply select the checkbox and confirm with the Confirm button.

Once fonfirmed, you can withdraw your confirmation. In that case your confirmation will be deleted.

You can also open a groupbox to see who already confirmed the text. You can also see the timestamp (UTC Time) when the text was confirmed.

There is also the option of rejecting the text, or simply pointing out that you have questions or comments about the text. In this case, the checkbox “Read, but disagreement or open question” must be selected. A text input field is displayed and you can formulate your request or question.

The overview then shows that the text has been rejected, plus a short explanatory text.

Please note that for important texts, every user who wants to put texts online can define the user confirmation circle.

It is possible to show only user from Woojin Austria Control Team, Woojin Korea Control Team or all users for this plattform.
