General
The Steam Interface is used to control the steaming device. Injection and Mold Open interlocks can be configured. Mold steam can be assigned to different stages such as Mold Open, Mold Close, and Ejector Forward.
The function must be enabled on the option page. In addition, the local enable checkbox on the function page must also be enabled.

Four signals are available: two outputs (Injection and Mold Open/Close/Ejector Forward) and two input signals indicating interlock status. When the input signal is active, the interlock is disabled; when it is inactive, the interlock is enabled.

Interlocks
Interlocks are enabled via a checkbox and block the corresponding function (e.g. injection) when active. If a request is made while active, the machine waits. When the digital input is 1, the interlock is temporarily bypassed and the function is executed. If the input returns to 0, the interlock becomes active again for the next request.

Steam stages
The Injection Steam output signal is set to 1 while injection is active.
Mold Steam can be assigned via a dropdown menu to one of three cycle stages. The output signal is set to 1 when the selected stage is active.
