🔹 Objective
All ongoing projects are now managed centrally via the monday.com board “Project Management Overview Board”. This board is for overview purposes only and is not an operational workspace.
📄 Project Documentation
Each project has three main documents using monday-docs:
- Project Description
- Meeting Minutes
- Project Results
📌 Important: The project owner is responsible for complete project documentation in this board.
Additionally, milestones are defined per project.
🗂️ R&D Development Folder
All relevant project files must be documented in the R&D development folder:

📅 The folder structure has been updated and is now organized by year, allowing for faster project lookup and categorization.
🐍 Python GUI for Project Overview in R&D SVN Folder
A new Python-based GUI simplifies navigation within the R&D folder:
- 🔍 Filter function to quickly find files or folders
- 🖱️ Double-click opens folders directly in Windows Explorer
- 📝 README.md files are automatically displayed to give a quick project overview
