The Service Issue registration process in WJMDB has been upgraded for easier and faster access.
You can now register issues using your mobile device or directly through the IMC510 controller.

📱 Key Improvements

  • Service issues can now be submitted from mobile devices (no laptop required).
  • Access the registration form directly through this link:

  • Upload speed and stability have been improved for on-site usability.
  • The IMC510 controller now includes a “Bug Report Teamdesk” function within the HELP menu, enabling quick QR-based registration.

🧩 IMC510 Integration

  • On the IMC510 controller, open HELP → Bug Report Teamdesk.
  • Scan the displayed QR code to open the WJMDB Service Issue form.
  • The MachineNr (Serial Number) will be automatically entered.
  • ⚠️ This function only works if the machine is already registered in WJMDB.

⚙️ Important Notes

  1. Machine Registration Required
    • Each Service Issue is linked to a specific MachineNr (Serial Number).
    • The Customer and Machine must be registered in WJMDB beforehand.
    • This should be completed during initial commissioning or service startup.
  2. Unregistered Machines
    • If a machine is not registered in WJMDB, mobile or QR-based submission will not be possible.
    • Overseas subsidiaries must ensure registration during initial installation following standard procedures.
